Anesthesiology opening in , Illinois. Medium size facility in suburban Chicago looking for a Locum to Perm CRNA, at least 1 month locum working interview. Job would start after 3 month credentialing process. Cases include thorac! ic, vascular, peds, orthopedics, general surgery and endo. M-F day shift, with a Saturday shift required every 6 weeks (premium paid). Call of 2 weeknights per month, with overtime paid at a 2 hour minimum if called in. Perm pay: $166k w2 + call pay + OT + premium for Saturday work. 4 weeks paid vacation time. The weekly scheduled hours will not exceed 40 hours when the CRNA takes a Saturday Shift. Quarterly business expenses of $2000. Malpractice practice premiums will be paid for by the corporation. Profit Sharing retirement plans will be available (compensation between 6-10% of salary). Health insurance coverage will be offered. Locum pay would be $100 per hour, with bi-weekly direct deposit, and Free malpractice insurance.
