Senior Sales Analyst [Panama]


 

Role Purpose:

Responsible for compiling and analyzing commercial information, as well as evaluating and predicting trends, detailed reports, and profitability of the corporation in relation to the country commercial strategy.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manage commercial information efficiently and above all in a confidential manner, also is responsible for Sales Reporting, Sales Campaigns, Incentives, Lead Databases and Sales Presentations and to Ensure compliance processes in an efficient and planned manner, guaranteeing compliance with the business rules for such a process.
  • Responsible for the analysis of commercial information to show recommendations, trends, impacts, deviations, additional initiatives among others, to the Commercial Department in a proactive manner.
  • Assign in a timely manner the sales results at the country, channel, Management/Region level to the Commercial Department and Sales Managers (first 5 business days of the month)
  • Provide in a timely manner to the HR Area the commercial results / achievement of goals for the respective assignment / payment of commissions Keep updated the commission payment policy of the commercial area.
  • Responsible for providing the Commercial Department and Sales Managers with the respective reports of monthly results in revenue/shipments and by product.
  • Responsible for providing sales projections on a daily basis through SPR and guaranteeing the proper functioning of the tool, loading budgets among others for a correct output.
  • Guarantee the quality of the commercial data in the sales systems, carrying out 2 annual processes related to MAC codes, local/group codes, industries, among others.
  • In charge of supervising and guaranteeing through the assigned resources, the implementation, execution and monitoring of business plans and initiatives / strategic plan, making the necessary adjustments if necessary and promoting improvements based on the fulfillment of the objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Business Management or specialized training/certification.
  • 3 -5 years of equivalent work experience (sales, reporting, projections, etc)
  • English and Spanish fluent
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Mandatory requirements.
  • Exposure to service level management and understanding of Value Creation and Total Cost down initiatives
  • Understands profit & loss and the components specific to the contractual environment Worked with Microsoft Power BI or equivalent BI Tools
  • Advanced level of of statistics and statistical modelling Advanced user of Microsoft Office
