Job Descriptions:

- Coordinate and arrange day-to-day operations and transactions for freight forwarding and other related activities

- Manage job file creation, costing and other data entries

- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders

- Handle and resolving disputes with client/agent

- Ensure proper and timely billing / closing of all job files

Qualifications and Requirements:

- No experience in the related field is required

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently, meticulous, self-motivator and a team player

- Able to cope in fast pace environment

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
