The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is an integral part of the Department of Anesthesiology. The CRNA works in collaboration with staff anesthesiologists providing high quality anesthetic care to patients in new state-of-the-art inpatient and expanded outpatient facilities. The CRNA may also participate in research projects and the education of student Registered Nurse Anesthetists.
