The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is an integral part of the Department of Anesthesiology. The CRNA works in collaboration with staff anesthesiologists ! providing high quality anesthetic care to patients in new state-of-the-art inpatient and expanded outpatient facilities. The CRNA may also participate in research projects and the education of student Registered Nurse Anesthetists.
