The Job:
We are looking for a! n Implementation Specialist to work with our implementation te! am to successfully configure and launch EZ Call in all new client hospitals. Our ideal candidate lives in the Chicago area and is excited at the prospect of joining a small company and having a big impact.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or greater
- Ability to explain complex concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle a heavy work load while maintaining organization
- Work with implementation team to successfully launch all new clients
- Work with customers to support and improve current systems
- Report to management on a consistent basis
- You are curious. You like breaking down problems and finding solutions.
- You are confident. You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, put yourself out there.
- You love solving problems.
- You like to work independently and prefer that we aren’t looking over your shoulder all the time.
- You get pumped about helping to build something new and like to brainstorm new ways to improve our marketing initiatives, user experience, the company.
- You don't like change.
- You need to be micromanaged.
- You hate talking to people.
- You don’t like foosball.
