Location: Urbana, Illinois

Description: Carle Physician Group is in need of Anesthesiologist right now, this position will be assigned in Illinois. More details about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Carle Physician Group is seeking an additional BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join our group of 9 Anesthesiologists and 36 CRNAs. With 325 physicians comprising 50 specialties and a service area of 1.5 million residents, Carle P! hysician Group is locally owned and physician led. Our physician group is part of a not-for-profit integrated network of healthcare services that also includes Carle Foundation Hospital, a 325-bed Level I Trauma Center with Level III perinatal services. Some additional details include:

• Cover one hospital
• Approximately 320 open hearts per year
• Work with a mature, stable group of CRNAs
• Vast majority of cases are supervision of CRNAs
• Opportunity for academic affiliation with the University of Illinois College of Medicine
• Call schedule of 1:8
• All cases except transplants, burns and pediatric hearts
• 20 ORs running daily, averaging 40-50 cases a day
• Located two hours from Chicago and Indianapolis and three hours from St. Louis
