Currently, our Palmetto, FL office has an immediate position available for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule appointments. Prioritize calls according to customer and/or operational need. Dispatch service calls to service technicians.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints and conflicts using patience and courtesy in dealing with customers.
- Understand, follow, and support all organizational policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of making customers happy and exhibiting a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor
- Reliable internet and phone service
- Call center and/or dispatch experience a preference
- Ability to multitask well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer software scheduling knowledge
- Multi-phone line system experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to work 10-7 shift
